介绍江苏盐城化纤厂对引进细旦POY设备的箱体排放系统、纺丝头熔体分流板和侧吹风网等处优化改造,生产实践表明,改造后的细旦丝纺丝生产情况更佳,后加工性能更好,产品质量更优。
The imported polyester find denier POY production equipment of Yancheng Chemical Fiber Factory is remade for optimization in parts of spinning beam,spinning head and lateral blowing system etc. The result from practice shows an improvement in spinning condition as well as better quality and post-processing behavior of the product.
