摘要
硒是人体和动物体中的重要微量元素之一,它对人有抗癌和防衰老方面的作用以及对牲畜防病作用。吸取过量的硒又会引起中毒,所以准确测定生物样品用硒的含量是很重要的。采用镍作基体改进剂原子吸收法测定硒已有不少报道。本文采用钯和硝酸镁作混合基体改进剂,结合平台技术、数据站采集数据和塞曼背景校正。
A simple and direct method is presented for the determination of Selenium in animal tissue. The digested samples were determined by Zeeman effect graphite furnace atomic absorption with Pd-Mg (NO_3)_2 matrix modifier and a L'vov platform. The method is used to determine Se in eight tissues of pig and the results obtained are satisfactory. Recoveries of the method are 92 to 112%, and mean value is 99%, the relative standard deviation is 1.4% and the detection limit is 1.4ppb.
