摘要
目的考察新洁尔灭溶液在洁霉素产生菌发酵过程中对杂菌的控制能力及其能有效控制的适宜浓度。方法将新洁尔灭溶液滴加到发酵培养基中进行发酵培养。结果不同浓度的新洁尔灭溶液对球菌的抑菌能力不同。结论新洁尔灭溶液具有较好的抗杂菌能力,浓度为1/10000～1/60000时效果最好。
Objective To investigate the control ability of bromogeramine solution to mixed bacteria and the appropriate concentration in lincomycin fermentation process. Methods Bromogeramine solution was added to fermentative medium for fermentation culture. Results The different concentrations of bromogeramine solution had the various inhibitory effect on cocci. Conclusion Bromogeramine solution has good antibiotic ability to mixed bacteria, The concentration of 1/10 000- 1/60 000 has the best results.
