摘要 应用毛细管流变仪,在温度为180~310℃,表观剪切速率为60~1000s^(-1)的条件下,考察了两种相对分子质量不同的聚碳酸酯(PC)熔体的流动行为及其影响因素。结果表明,熔体的剪切流动基本服从牛顿流体流动定律:在相同的挤出条件下,相对分子质量较高的PC熔体,其末端效应比相对分子质量较低的PC显著,但后者的剪切粘度对温度的敏感性则高于前者;熔体剪切粘度对温度的依赖关系可用Arrhenius方程描述。 Under the conditions of 180 ℃ to 310 ℃ and apparent shear rates from 60s-1 to 1000s-1, the flow behaviors of two kinds of polycarbonates (PC) with different molecular weights and the factors influencing the flow behavior have been studied by means of capillary, rheometer. The results showed that the shear flow of the melts basically obeyed the Newtonian fluid flow law. Under the same extrusion conditions, the end effect of the PC melt with higher molecular weight ( Mw) was more obvious than that of the PC melt with lower Mw. However, the sensitivity of the melt shear viscosity to temperature of the latter was higher than that of the former. The dependency of the melt shear viscosity on temperature could be described by the Arrhenius equation.
