摘要
在工业CT无损检测中,切片图像质量直接影响到后续的检测。而滤波函数的选取对图像重建质量影响较大。采用了一种新滤波函数。当新滤波函数的参数a取不同值时,可以近似代替R_L、S_L等滤波函数。通过比较了几种滤波器的空频特性,分析了它们对重建图像质量的影响。仿真与实测数据重建的实验表明新滤波器在a=2时重建图像Gibbs效应小,并具有较高的空间分辨率与密度分辨率。
The quality of slice images has an effect on the detecting in the ICT nondestructive detection directly. The filter function in filtered backprojection algorithm is very important to the quality of image reconstruction. A new filter function is adopted in this paper. When the parameter a of the new filter function is different, the function approximates each of the filter functions of R_L, S_L etc respectively. The differences of the space-frequency character are compared among the different filters, and the influences of the filters on image reconstruction are analysed. The results of simulation and experimental projection data show that new filter can improve Gibbs effects when a equals 2, and have high space and density resolution.
