摘要
地下管线探测技术对于各个企业、城市的规划建设乃至整个国家社会经济的发展都起着不可估量的作用。通过开挖测绘来了解地下管线的分布情况,速度慢、安全性差、准确度不高,取而代之的是电磁探测法。电缆探测定位、故障诊断主要采用电磁探测法:由激励信号源产生一定频率的信号加载在电缆上,用接收设备拾取电缆产生的电磁场,经过一定的处理,获得电缆走向、埋深等信息。本文介绍了地下电缆探测的基本原理,设计了一个实用电缆检测多频率激励信号源,并详细地分析电缆信号源的分频电路、升压电路、开关电路等主要电路。实验表明,本设计能够产生各种要求的频率/周期信号,振幅在48V左右,功率在5W左右。
The detecting technology of the under-tube is the most important to the corporations, the construct of the city and the development of the whole national economy. With opening,We map and find out the distributing of the under-tube, which is slow, security errand, nicety low. The pipe-line detecting is the important content of city explore. The method of electromagnetic detecting is used of the detecting, orientation of the cable. The source bring the frequent signal and load the cable, the receiving collect the electromagnetism, manage, obtain the orientation and deep.This paper analyzes the working mechanization of the signal source, make sure of the principle of the multi-frequency signal source and design the whole circuit. Moreover this paper analyzes the mostly circuit for instance the clock division circuit, the booster circuit, the switch circuit in detail.
