摘要
在小区物业管理信息化过程之中,户表数据的自动化抄送具有非常重大的意义。本文分析了目前主流远程抄表系统的现状及存在的不足,提出了一种新型的自动抄表系统,在户用端采用了编码式计量仪表。该自动抄表系统具有提高工作效率、降低物业管理成本、可以准确及时获得信息等优点,是抄表计费发展的趋势。
With the plot estate mangement rely on information technology today, it is important to read data from meter by automatic means. This paper analyzed the state and deficiency of the present main-stream automatic meter reading system （AMRS） and put forward a novel automatic meter reading system. The home meter adopts the encoded meters. This system has advantages such as high operation efficiency, low management cost and accurate information acquisition, and is regarded as the trend of the future meter reading for water.electricity.gas charge.
