摘要
目的:考察目前药品说明书存在的问题,以促进临床合理用药。方法:将国内、外制药企业生产的相同药品的说明书或目前上市药品的说明书与《临床用药须知》中的相关内容进行比较、分析。结果与结论:药品监管部门应加强药品说明书的监管力度,增强其安全、有效性,进而更好地服务于医务工作。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the problems that exist in current drug package inserts so as to promote rational drug use.METHODS： The package inserts of the same drugs from home and abroad or those of the current drugs were compared analytically with the related contents in Clinical Medication Information. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Drug surveillance agency should work out effective measures to tighten controls on drug package inserts to ensure their safety and effectiveness for the benefits of clinical medication.
