摘要
英制MM1200质谱计原机配有惠普数据系统终端(HP9845),因超期运转而报废。为此研制了通用接口及配套应用软件,成功地改造了原数据系统终端。新的终端可以直接在IBM各系列计算机上进行操作。将自行研制的Nd:YAG激光器、小型载样系统和改装的激光显微镜与高精密MM1200质谱计的离子源进样系统联机,应用新的数据系统自动采样和数据处理,在光片上进行40Ar/39Ar单颗粒矿物年龄测定,快速准确地测得安徽碧溪岭榴辉岩中多硅白云母(666.9±6.5)Ma和福州魁岐晶洞花岗岩中微粒角闪石(91.3±7.0)Ma的良好的重复性数据。
After years of long and successively overrunning,the original data terminal,HP9845,equipped with MM1200 mass spectrometer from England is now at a halt Efforts have been made to established a new data terminal The whole system developed consists of an updated hard wareinter face and associated software The new data terminal connected with an IBM-series compatible computer achieves the automatic data acquisition and processing 40 Ar/ 39 Ar dating of single mineral grain on polished thin section has been carried out using our newly installed laser probe masss pectrometer with the new data terminal system The 40 Ar/ 39 Ar age results obtained by this method for phengite within the Bixiling eclogite from Anhui Province,and for hornblende rarely occurring within the Kuiqi miarolitic alkaline granite from Fujian Province are(666 9±16 5)Ma and (91 3±7 0)Ma,respectively These ages are in good agreement with those obtained by conventional 40 Ar/ 39 Ar dating of the same samples
