胰岛素泵治疗42例糖尿病并酮症酸中毒的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的比较胰岛素两种不同的给药方式对糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒(DKA)的疗效。方法将80例DKA患者分为胰岛素泵治疗组(CSII组)42例和常规小剂量胰岛素滴注组(常规组)38例,观察两组病人每日胰岛素用量、血酮、尿酮体及血糖达标时间、补液量及低血糖发生率。结果两组患者的血糖经治疗后均明显下降,CSII组在平均胰岛素用量、血糖及血酮达标时间、尿酮体转阴时间、低血糖发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论CSII治疗DKA疗效优于常规小剂量胰岛素滴注。
