慢性HBV感染重叠HEV感染实验指标检测的意义

摘要 目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染重叠戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)感染实验指标检测的临床意义及预后关系。方法对HBV感染重叠HEV感染与HEV感染进行血清学检测并进行临床比较分析。结果163例戊型肝炎中,慢性HBV感染重叠HEV感染(简称乙戊肝组)78例(47.8%),单纯戊型肝炎组85例(52.1%)。乙戊肝组重度黄疸、低蛋白血症、白细胞减少、中重度贫血、血小板减少及重型肝炎的发生率明显高于单纯戊肝组(P=0.000)。结论临床急性重症肝病患者应同时进行乙型肝炎和戊型肝炎重叠感染指标的联合检测。
