摘要
基于和谐管理理论的研究框架,结合项目管理的特点,将项目团队抽象为项目团队系统,用傅立叶级数部分和表示项目团队的和谐度.这种新方法表示的和谐度波动与项目生命周期中的绩效变化具有良好的对应关系,说明了在项目团队的组建、解散阶段施加管理活动的必要性.基于此提出和谐度响应模型,模拟对项目团队系统施加管理活动后和谐度的变化,使对和谐度的研究由定性分析拓展到定量计算阶段.
Based on HeXie management theory frame and item management, this article abstracts item team as item team system. Fourier series is used to denote HeXie degree of item team. This new expression of Hexie degree shows its fluctuation and corresponds to changing of performance during item lifecycle. It also proves that it is necessary to manage item team during the building stage and dissolution stage. This article continues to build up convolution model of HeXie degree response to simulate HeXie degree changing after take some measures. This model leads the research of HeXie degree from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.
