摘要
介绍了燃煤锅炉湿式脱硫除尘装置的改造应用情况。改造后结果表明:采用湿式脱硫除尘装置处理燃煤锅炉烟气,运行稳定可靠,烟尘去除率≥95%、SO_2脱除率≥40%、废水循环率≥60%,烟尘排放浓度远低于排放标准。
This paper introduces the modification and applica- tion of a wet desultfurization and dedusting unit for flue gas from furnace and vault.The results show that adopting wet desulfur- ization and dedusting unit to treat flue gas from furnace and vault can ensure a reliable operation,a dust removal rate of no less than 95%,a SO_2 removal rate of no less than 40% and a wastewater recycle rate of no less than 60%.Also the concen- tration of flue dust emission would be much lower than the e- mission standard.
