摘要
通过离散元(DEM)模型考察了移动床中颗粒的运动,利用数理统计的原理得到颗粒运动速度、床层空隙率以及颗粒配位数等的概率分布。结果发现颗粒的粒径分布对颗粒垂直速度分布有很大影响,不同粒径的混合有利于颗粒的流动;移动床的结构对颗粒流动也有很大的影响,安置改流体可使颗粒的运动更加均一。通过研究,可以对反应中料仓的设计和改造提供理论依据。
The flow characteristics of solid particles in a silo are studied theoretically by statistical analysis.The probability density distribution of particle velocity,porosity and coordina- tion number are obtained.The results show that the distribution of particle diameter has great effect on particle flow,and the mixing of multi-sized particles is propitious to granular flow. The geometry of silos has greater effect on granular flow and in- serts can improve the flow behaviors.The flow structure of par- ticles in silos can be illustrated by statistical distribution of porosity and coordination number.
