摘要
为进一步提高我国企业自主创新能力,本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,提出了运用虚拟型学习团队提升企业创新能力的模式,为企业吸纳国内外高新技术领域的创新成果,实现企业内外资源的优化配置,提高我国高新技术企业的自主创新能力和市场竞争能力,提供了新的理论依据和方法。
In order to further develop the capability of independent innovation among Chinese enterprises, this article suggests a model of improving the companies＇ innovative capabilities through virtual learning team. This model is based on the summing up the research findings of other scholars. The model offers new theory support and methodology towards the companies＇ absorbing national and international innovations in high--tech industry, realizing the optimized collocation of the resources, and increasing the independent innovative capability and competition capability in the market.
