摘要
讨论城市轨道交通运营管理的微观模式设计问题。根据世界各国轨道交通运营管理经验,初步划分和讨论了三类运营管理模式。在确定运营管理模式时,必须综合考虑项目长期运营定位、项目前期的投融资方案、项目公司的组建以及项目建设管理模式等问题。从项目投融资模式角度分析了在项目寿命周期阶段运营管理企业之间的组织与利益关系特点。
The design of enterprise mode management in urban mass transit is discussed. According to the practice and experiences of rail transit management in the world, this paper mainly analyses three types of operation management from the viewpoint of project financing, the characteristics of organization and the interests among the enterprises in the lifecycle of a mass transit project.
