摘要
[目的]为了对断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征淋巴结和脾脏病理组织学进行研究。[方法]通过流行病学调查和实验室诊断技术收集临床自然病例,对其脾脏、淋巴结采用HE染色,显微镜观察。[结果]结果表明,淋巴结的淋巴小结和脾脏的脾小体结构不完整,其内的B淋巴细胞数量减少,而脾脏的中央动脉周围淋巴鞘内的T细胞增多和淋巴小结的副皮质区增宽,其内的T淋巴细胞数量增多。这说明PCV-2感染猪主要影响机体细胞免疫。[结论]该研究为临床诊断和研究该病的致病机理及防治提供了科学依据。
The objective of the experiment was to study on the pathologic histology for lymphonodus and spleen of weaned piglets naturally suffering from post-weaning multi-systematic wasting syndrome.Weaned piglets naturally suffered from post-weaning multi-systematic wasting syndrome were selected and diagnosed through epidemiological investigation and laboratory tests.Samples of lymphonodus and spleen were collected and dyed by using HE dyeing method to study histological changes.The results showed that structures of lymph nodes in lymphonodus and lymphoid follicles in spleen were different from that of normal: amount of B-lymphocyte decreased.However,proliferation of T cell in lymphotheca around central arteriole in spleen was observed.Proliferation of T cell and widening in paracortical zone of lymph nodes were also observed.Therefore,this showed that PCV-2 mainly affected cell immunity of infected pigs.The study has provided scientific background for the clinic diagnosis of this disease and for the pathogenic mechanism and control of the disease.
