摘要 论述了疯牛病的发病历史与现状、疯牛病的临床症状与检测、朊蛋白与蛋白假说和疯牛病的致病机理等。此外,还讨论了治愈疯牛病的可能性。 　The history,situation,clinical symptom,detection of BSE,hypothesis of prion and protein,mechanism of BSE were reviewed.And the possibility of curing BSE was elucidated.
