摘要 提出了一种新的区分服务(DiffServ)网络中端到端剩余带宽的估计方法,在此基础上建立了Diff-Serv网络的分布式接纳控制机制,通过引入端到端流量测量手段,动态估计网络中可用的带宽资源,从而对到达的流实施有效的接纳控制,提高网络的服务质量。网络仿真实验结果表明,该接纳控制机制在保证网络服务质量的同时能保证较高的网络带宽利用率。 A novel method to estimate the end-to-end available bandwidth in DiffServ networks is proposed, which is used to develop the distributed admission control in DiffServ networks. Through the using of end-to- end traffic measurement to estimate the available bandwidth in networks, the admission decision can be made up more effectively, and the QoS guarantee ability of DiffServ can also be improved. Simulation results show this admission control algorithm can achieve good performance of QoS, as well as the high utility of network bandwidth.
