一种非水溶性的蓝敏光致聚合物材料各组分的优化

摘要 研究了一种新型的非水溶性蓝敏光致聚合物体系.该聚合物体系由成膜物、单体、助引发剂、光引发剂及光敏剂等成分组成,对体系的各成分采用复合优化实验发现它们有个最佳的百分比,优化后的这种光致聚合物具有良好防潮效果,较高衍射效率和对488nm蓝光敏感等特点.用这种蓝敏光致聚合物拍摄反射式全息图,在白光下再现,得到了清晰的图像,并有良好的保存性能.是一种理想的全息记录材料.  The paper studies a new kind of water-resisting blue-sensitive photopolymer. The photopolymer material consists of polymeric film-forming binder,monomer, photo-initiator,coinitior,and sensitizers.The best dye concentration is got by optimization of matrial's composition.The material which is sensitive to 488 nm blue light has properties of waterproof quality,simple later development, and high sensitivity.The reflective holographic image is taken and reconstructed by white light.The holographic image is clear and has a stability in the long time.The water-resisting blue-sensitive photopolymer can be used as one kind of holographic recording materials.
