摘要
中医临床医学学位研究生培养现状及能问题:生源临床水平参差不齐;轮转科室管理力度有待加强;临床考核体系尚需进一步健全;科研能力薄弱,论文质量有待提高。针对以上问题,需要大力加强对研究生的规范化培养与考核,进一步确保学位授予质量,具体措施有:规定报考条件,增强复试招生过程中临床技能考核力度;注重实践锻炼,提高临床实际能力;加强临床考核力度,保证培养质量;提高科研能力,确保论文质量。
Students＇ ability differs from person to person. Management of section shift should be strengthened. Clinical examination system should be furthered constructed. Scientific research ability is weak paper quality should be improved. Therefore much work should be done to standardize training and checking of these postgraduate candidates to ensure the quality of degree granted. The following measures are to be taken： Enrollment qualification should be stipulated. Clinical skill test should be strengthened in retrial test of the enrollment. Practice should be stressed to improve clinical ability. Clinical check-up should be further emphasized to ensure training quality. Students＇ ability of scientific research should be raised to ensure dissertation quality.
