摘要
基于3G(GPS、GIS、GPRS/GSM)的输电线路故障定位及维修模式,该模式利用现有变电站内输电线路继电保护及故障信息管理系统采集的信息或故障录波装置的数据,完成输电线路故障定位、故障测距和故障信息的综合分析,将故障位置与分析结果通过系统GIS平台进行发布,并利用车载GPS定位设备与GPRS/GSM通用无线分组业务指导抢修车辆和维修人员,实现故障现场的快速定位,为维修提供及时有效的抢修信息。
Based on 3G transmission line fault location and service pattern,this pattern uses existing transmission line relay protection and the fault information management system to gather information or the fault record data,complete the transmission line fault location,the comprehensive analysis.It issues the position and the analysis result through the system GIS platform,and carries the GPS fixing aids and the GPRS/GSM general wireless grouping service instruction emergency repair vehicles and the serviceman using the vehicle.The realization of fast location provides the prompt effective emergency repairment information for the service.
