摘要
随着企业竞争环境的变化,现代企业管理日益依赖于先进的信息系统。为了提高企业的竞争能力,越来越多的中国企业开始实施企业资源计划(ERP)系统。在实践和访谈的基础上,通过大量文献阅读和专家访谈形成了实施ERP的关键成功因素模型及问卷。用实证得出高层支持与用户参与、培训教育、中层管理者支持、IT支持四个因素在中国现阶段是影响成功实施的关键因素,对ERP理论研究有一定的贡献,对已实施ERP或者将要实施ERP的公司都有非常重要的指导意义。
With the rapid change of business environment, managers depend on information systems increasingly. Many Chinese enterprises have implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in order to obtain competitive advantage. Based on the praeti'ee and interview, this study proposes the critical success factors(CSFs) model and questionnaire of ERP implementation through widely literature review and expert interview. Emprieal study finds that top level manager support and user participation, training and education, middle level manager support, IT support are the critical success factors of ERP implementation in China nowadays. It contributes the ERP theory research and can guide the company that have implemented or will implement ERP.
