摘要
20多年来的改革开放,使得全国各地小城镇的经济实力大大增强,同时,也带来了大量小城镇发展的问题。作为城镇体系基础的小城镇,尤其是发达地区的小城镇,正在经历着深刻的社会变革,城镇建设规模大、速度快,经济超常增长,新问题层出不穷,矛盾重重,迫切需要开展对小城镇规划建设研究,积累经验,探寻对策,总结规律。
From the 20 years＇ open and reform, owing to the reform of the political system and economic system, the towns＇ economic strength have been built up, meanwhile, many problems about the developing of towns have been brought. As the base of cities and towns system, especially in developed area, towns construction scale are large and develop rapidly, economic growth goes beyond the convention, new problems emerge in endlessly, so the experience and countermeasure for urban planning and construction of towns should be determined.
