摘要
新兴技术管理过程中结合技术与市场,从而最大化创造和实现价值,这个过程中把很多价值活动归结为新兴技术的服务价值系统和服务价值链结构.服务价值链可以消除新兴技术的不确定性,将潜在的技术转变成可实现的商业价值,满足顾客需求和实现价值.在此,构建出新兴技术管理的服务价值链结构模型,探讨服务价值链创造价值和获取价值的实质;通过一个具体的案例进行分析.
In emerging technologies management process, maximum value is created and gained by combining technology and market. Many value activities in the process build up the service value system and value chain of emerging technologies management. Service value chain can eliminate uncertainty of emerging technology and transfer potential technology into attainable business value and meet consumers' demand. It puts forward a structure model of service value chain of emerging technologies management and discusses the essence of value creation and appropriation of service value chain. Finally a specific case of service value chain of emerging technologies management is analyzed.
