摘要 陶瓷刀具材料是一种先进的切削刀具材料,随着高速切削技术的发展,由于其优良的切削性能和高的性能价格比而受到了人们的青睐。阐述了影响陶瓷刀具高速切削可靠性的因素,为在机械加工行业中推广应用陶瓷刀具作初步的探讨。 Ceramic tool material is an advanced cutting tool material,with the development of high-speed cutting technology,because of its excellent performance and high ratio of property to price.Elaborated factors of influencing dependability of ceramic tool high-speed cutting,and made an elementary discussion so that we can widely use ceramic tools in mechanical machining industry.
