轴流风机内部通流流动的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 利用FLUENT流体计算软件对一轴流式通风机的内部流场进行了数值模拟研究,分别对风机的4种流量工况进行了单独的计算。计算结果表明随着流量降低,通风机首先是在叶尖区产生旋涡,有部分流体回流,和机壳产生冲击,造成通流面积减小,这是轴流式风机产生失速和喘振的根本原因。 By means of fluent software numerical simulations about three - dimensional interior steady tlow tield of axial flow fan and the separately calculations to four flow states have be done. The results indicate that to the axial flow fan along with the fall of flux the vortexes firstly come forth at the leaf apex areas and a part of flow has backwash. The backwash can collide to the shell of the fan and make the area of through - flow lessening. These are the basic causes that make the axial flow fan stall and breathe vibration.
