摘要
以多柔体动力学理论为基础,建立了某4缸柴油机曲轴—轴承系统考虑主轴承摩擦学特性的ADAMS动力学仿真模型,求解得到曲轴动力学响应和主轴承反力。在此基础上采用有限差分法进行主轴承润滑分析,得到各个主轴承最大油膜压力和最小油膜厚度的动态变化规律。计算结果表明,曲轴各个主轴颈的径向振动响应,各主轴承反力、最大油膜压力和最小油膜厚度具有结构对称性。
Based on multi-flexible body dynamic theory, the dynamics simulation model of crankshaft-bearing system for a 4-cylinder diesel engine was built with ADAMS software considering the tribology performance of main bearing, and the dynamics response of crankshaft and the reacting forces of main bearings were also acquired by simulation. Then the dynamic variation laws of the maximum oil film pressure and the minimum oil film thickness for each main bearing were acquired by lubrication analysis of main bearing with the finite difference method. The result shows that the radial vibration response for each main journal of crankshaft, the reacting forces of each main bearing, the maximum oil film pressure and the minimum oil film thickness have symmetrical structure.
