摘要
在分析经典的涡耗散概念燃烧模型(Eddy Dissipation Concept Model)的基础上,着重介绍了3区拟序火焰模型(3 Zones Extended Coherent Flame Model,ECFM-3Z)机理,并对一台直喷式柴油机的单缸燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。通过模拟计算与试验结果的对比分析发现,计算所得的缸内压力、燃烧放热速率和排放生成物与试验结果吻合良好,表明所应用的燃烧模型更能真实地反映柴油机燃烧过程,并能较准确地预测排放物的生成。
The classical eddy dissipation concept model (EDC) was analyzed, and then the mechanism of 3 zones extended coherent flame model (ECFM 3Z) was mainly introduced. Finally the numerical simulation of single cylinder for a direct injection (DI) diesel engine was carried out with ECFM-3Z. With comparison and analysis, it was found that the pressure inside cylinder, the rate of heat release (RoHR) and the resultant of emission products had good accordance with those that were acquired by test. Accordingly, the ECFM-3Z model was better to reflect the combustion process of diesel engine factually, and forecast the formation of emissions accurately.
