摘要
目的观察黄芪注射液联合化疗对急性白血病诱导化疗期的临床疗效。方法急性白血病分为常规诱导化疗(对照组)和化疗联合黄芪注射液治疗(观察组),就其临床疗效及毒副作用进行对照比较。结果观察组完全缓解率87.75%,部分缓解率4.04%,KPS 评分总改善率73.47%;对照组完全缓解率50.00%,部分缓解率16.67%,KPS 总改善率36.67%;观察组化疗毒副反应明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论急性白血病诱导化疗中使用黄芪注射液,对提高完全缓解率、减少毒副反应有重要临床意义,可作为急性白血病化疗的辅助药物。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Huangqi inoculation fluid union chemotherapy in the treatment of the induction chemotherapy time of acute leukemia. Methods The patients with acute leukemia were randomized into two groups： the 1st group treated with conventional induction chemotherapy （control-group） and the 2nd group treated with chemotherapy treatment union Huangqi inoculation fluid（observation-group）. Chinical effects and poisonous side effects of two groups were compared. Results The completely alleviating rate of observationgroup was 87.75 % ,the partially alleviating rate of observation-group was 4.04 % , and KiDS grades total improvement rate was 73.47 % ;the completely alleviating rate of control-group was 50.00 % ,the partially alleviating rate of control-group was 16.67 % ,and KPS grades total improvement rate was 36.67 % ;the poisonous side effects of observation-group was lower than that of the control-group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Huangqi inoculation fluid plays animportant role in the induction chemotherapy of enhancing completely alleviating rate and reducing the poisonous side effects of acute leukemia, as well as serves as an auxiliary medicine for acute leukemia chemotherapy.
