两种短节段椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较 Dick 钉、AF 钉内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法对我院1998年3月至2007年3月收治的85例胸腰椎骨折患者应用 Dick 钉20例、AF 钉65例。结果两组平均随访12个月,手术时间、术中出血量、术后椎体高度恢复率、Cobb's 角的减小、椎管容积恢复率 AF 内固定组明显优于 Dick 内固定组,神经功能恢复两组差异无统计学意义。结论 AF 内固系统较 Dick 钉系统具有更强大的轴向撑开力及椎体前方张力、椎体前缘的高度恢复率更高、操作更简易,值得在基层医院推广应用。 Objective To observe the difference in treatment of thotacolumbar vertebral bodies fractures between AF nail and Dick nail. Methods From March 1998 to March 2007,85 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral bodies fractures were followed up. 20 cases were fixed with Dick nail ,and 65 cases with AF nail. Results The mean follow-up period was 12 months. By comparison of the operating time, bleeding amount, the recovery rate of vertebral height, the reduction of Cobb angle and capacity of vertebral canal,AF nail was much better than Dick nail. But there was no marked difference in the recover of nerve function. Conclusion AF nail has more power to reduce vertebral height and is easier to set than Dick nail. It will be worthy of more and wider application in basic level hospitals.
