摘要
目的探讨床旁彩色多普勒超声在肝移植中的应用价值。方法对16例原位肝移植的患者行床旁彩色及频谱多普勒超声检查。结果移植术后早期肝实质回声及肝动脉、门静脉、肝静脉的血流动力学发生改变。所有患者不同程度胸腹腔积液。结论床旁彩色多普勒超声在肝移植早期并发症的诊断中起着重要作用。
[Objective] To explore the value of bedside color doppler ultrasonography （CDUS） in orthotopie liver transplantation. [Method] Sixteen cases of orthotopie liver transplantation were examined by using bedside CDUS. [Results] The echo of bepatie parenehyma and the bemodynamies of hepatic artery, portal vein and hepatic vein were changed after operation. The abdominal and chest fluid in all of the 16 patients were found. [Conclusion] Bedside CDUS plays an important role in early diagnosis for complication of liver transplantation.
