机器人在汽车净化器壳体柔性化焊接中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 由于自身所具备的众多优点,焊接机器人正在众多领域得到日益广泛的应用。以一种主流焊接机器人为例,介绍其特点和主要功能,然后详细介绍了其在汽车净化器焊接中的应用,包括焊接机器人系统的组成及动作设计等。生产实践表明:该焊接机器人能够满足柔性自动化焊接的要求,可使产品质量和生产率快速提高,增强产品的市场竞争力。
