摘要
探索一种基于Internet的焊接裂纹远程预测专家系统的开发方法。选择移植式"专家系统上网"方案;采用根据裂纹试验数据、裂纹判据公式及经验知识判定裂纹是否产生的焊接裂纹预测思想;以微软最新的动态网页开发技术ASP.NET作为系统的开发工具,使用Access作为后台数据源,并用ADO.NET技术连接数据库,实现多用户可同时对系统不间断咨询;介绍了实现系统功能的关键技术。将焊接裂纹远程预测专家系统从单机平台转向Internet,提高了专家系统的共享度、系统升级维护的方便性,避免了专家知识的孤立和老化,为建造分布式焊接裂纹远程预测专家协作系统打下了基础。
A developing method is explored for welding crack remote forecasting expert system based on Internet. The method transplanting the traditional expert system into the Internet is adopted;the thought forecasting whether welding crack is generating based on welding crack test data, welding crack criterion equations and experiential knowledge is adopted;Microsoft latest active server pages development technique ASP.NET is used to be the development tool of the system,and Access has been used to be the backstage data source, and ADO. NET technique is used to connect database, the multi-user can consult with the system without a break at the same time;the key technique needed to realize the system function is introduced. Changing welding crack forecasting expert system from the single machine to the Internet will raise the share and the convenience of the upgrade and the maintenance of system, which avoids isolated and aging of expert knowledge, and helps to build distributed welding crack forecasting expert system on the Internet.
