摘要
本文介绍了采用PMAC(Programmable Multi-Axis Controller)可编程运动控制器作为运动控制卡,对某传动机构的空载驱动扭矩、磨合、摇臂机构间隙、传动机构扭转间隙等性能指标进行自动测试。同时还阐述了采用PMAC对性能测试实时运动控制的硬件设计和相应的软件流程图。针对系统中的干扰,设计了相应的硬件和软件进行滤波,提高了系统测试的准确度。实验证明,采用速度控制外加位置闭环控制,提高了系统的定位精度;软件滤波配合滤波电路的使用,降低了系统的干扰,提高了测量精度。
This paper introduces a measurement system using Programmable Multi-Axis Controller as movement controlling device for capability of a Driving Gear measured automatically such as driving moment of vacancy load, wear away, clearance of rocker machine and torsion clearance of driving gear. The hardware designing and soft flow chart of measurement system which are real-time controlled based on PMAC are described. The corresponding hardware and software are designed according to the disturbance to improve the system measurement precision. It is proved that the location precision is improved obviously by adopting the velocity control in addition to the close loop position control and the measurement precision is improved and the disturbance is reduced by designing the filter software and the filter circuit at the same time.
