论软件企业由产品导向到服务导向的转变

The Change of Software Companies from Product-based Business to Service-centered Business

摘要 人类社会在经历了农业经济时代、工业经济时代之后,正在迈向服务经济时代.分析了服务经济的迅速增长主要是源于企业竞争环境的变化,企业竞争商品的变化和现代信息通讯技术的发展.在此基础上说明了软件企业应适应服务经济时代的要求而调整自己的经营模式,并指出软件服务在线提供可以为软件企业的这种战略转变提供一种参考.最后,基于电子市场价值模型从效率提高、集成效应、客户锁定、模式创新四个方面分析了这种转变能够为软件企业所带来的新的价值创造机会. Given the growth of the service economy after agriculture economy and manufacture economy, which are driven by the intensive globalization competition, physical goods commercialization while service products customization, and the advances in information and communication technologies, why a software company should and how it can expand its product - based business to service -centered one are discussed. Based on the value driver model of the virtual markets, we concludes that a service - centered software company can achieve new value creation opportunities through taking advantages of the benefits of Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
