摘要
针对爆轰法制备的纳米金刚石的团聚问题,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、Raman光谱、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子顺磁共振(EPR)、热重(TG)、红外光谱(IR)等分析手段对纳米金刚石的结构和性质进行研究,认为范德华力作用、氢键、脱水反应、自由基湮灭和微晶共生是导致纳米金刚石团聚的因素,并在此基础上提出了纳米金刚石团聚的基本模型。
Aiming to the aggregation of nano-diamond synthesized by explosive detonation, the structure of nano-diamond is studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscope ( TEM ), scanning electron microscope ( SEM ), electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) , thermal gravity analysis (TG) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The aggregation mechanism of nano-diamond is also discussed. The results show that Van der Waals' force, hydrogen-bond, de- hydration reaction, annihilation of free-radical and cocrystalline of micro-crystallites are the causes for aggregation of nano-diamond. In addition, a model of aggregation of nano-diamond is proposed.
