摘要 国电石嘴山发电厂10号汽轮机推力轴承瓦块乌金(推力瓦)温度高于报警值,严重影响机组的安全运行。通过分析,找出推力瓦温度高的原因,主要是推力轴承上下瓦块所承受的轴向推力不平衡导致推力过大所致,经处理后推力瓦温度降至报警值以下。 The babbit temperature of thrust bearing shoe for steam turbine no. 10 in Godian Shizuishan Power Plant has been higher than the alarm value, seriously affecting safe operation of the unit. The causes leading to high thrust bearing shoe temperature has been found out through analysis, it is believed that the main cause to be unbalance of the axial thrust force received by upper shoe and lower shoe of the thrust bearing, then making the thrust to be excessive large, After treatment, the thrust bearing shoe temperature has been decreased to below the alarm value.
