300MW汽轮机调节汽阀阀杆脱落原因分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对妈湾发电总厂5号、6号汽轮机在运行中发生的调节汽阀阀杆脱落问题,从结构设计和安装工艺等方面进行了分析。分析认为,汽轮机组结构设计中存在油动机限位调整不当的缺陷,造成阀杆联接螺纹受力过大损坏,导致了调节汽阀阀杆脱落。提出了避免阀杆脱落的措施。 Directing against the problem concerning steam- governing valve lever fall -off occurred in operation of steam turbines no. 5 and no. 6 of Mawan General Power Plant, analysis has been carried out from aspects of structure design and installation technology etc.. It is believed from analysis that the defect of unsuitable limit adjustment in servomotor existing in the structure design of steam turbines makes the screwed coupling of the said valve level being damaged due to over - stress, leading to the steam - governing valve lever fall - off. For this, solving measures for avoiding the valve lever fall - off have been put forward.
