摘要
本文通过对国外图书馆焦虑研究的分析,同时结合本民族实际情况,对公共图书馆进行实地问卷调研,分析了图书馆焦虑的几个障碍因素,如馆员障碍、位置障碍、资源障碍、情感障碍和图书馆舒适度等,并对每一项因素进行分析,提出了解决办法。
Through analysis the library anxiety at abroad, and correlate to our native culture, we propose a questionare to study the public library. We analyze some factors correlating to library anxiety, such as librarian barrier, geographical barrier, resource barrier and affective barrier and comfort barrier.
