多壁碳纳米管/聚丙烯复合材料的微观结构及结晶性能研究 被引量:7

CRYSTALLIZATION CHARACTERISTICS AND STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF MWNTS/PP NANOCOMPOSITES

摘要 用超声波辅助溶液共混的方式制备MWNTs/PP复合材料,用扫描电镜对比分析了复合材料的微观相态结构及导电性能,用广角x衍射及偏光显微镜研究了MWNTs的加入对PP结晶性能的影响.结果表明:采用溶液混合并用超声辅助分散的方法使纳米MWNTs在PP基体中分散良好,在纳米MWNTs含量较低的情况下就可以获导电性能良好的复合材料;MWNTs的加入起到了异相成核作用,使PP晶粒细化,但MWNTs的加入没有改变PP的结晶形态,MWNT/PP纳米复合材料的结晶形态仍属于a晶型. The MWNTs/PP nanocomposites were prepared by solution-mixing method assisted by high-energy sonication method. The phase structures were investigated via SEM and the crystallization characteristics of pure PP and MWNTs/PP nanocomposites were investigated by WAXD and POM. The results shows that this solution-mixing method will make MWNTs well dispersed in the PP matrix. The MWNTs enhanced the nucleation of polypropylene crystallization and made the crystal smaller and even. But the formation of PP crystal didnt change, the formation of PP crystal in MWNTs/PP nanocomposites and pure PP were a-form on the whole.
