摘要
研究了竹炭对水溶液中硝酸盐(以硝酸钠为例)的吸附特性及影响因素。结果表明,竹炭对硝酸盐的吸附效果与竹炭粒径、吸附温度、竹炭用量等因素有关,其中吸附温度是最主要的影响因素。最佳吸附参数为:竹炭粒径0.06~0.15mm,投加量0.30g/mL,吸附温度30℃,pH值6,硝酸盐的去除率可达到59.1%。饮用水校正试验显示,竹炭对饮用水中的硝酸盐具有较好的去除率,达到了57.4%。本研究为今后饮用水中硝酸盐的去除开辟了一条新的途径。
The special absorptive character and influential factors of bamboo charcoal towards nitrate (take sodium nitrate for example) in water were studied. The results of the simulative experiment showed besides the factors such as the size of absorbent, absorbent dose, contact time and the pH of the nitrate solution, temperature was the most important influential factor. A nitrate removal efficiency of 59.1% was attained at the best adsorptive parameter:bamboo charcoal granular diameter of 0.06 to 0.15mm, dosage 0.30 g/mL, temperature 30℃, pH 6. Absorption experiment of drinking water indicated that bamboo charcoal had a better nitrate removal efficiency of 57.4%. This study provides a new method to remove nitrate from drinking water.
