摘要
水溶性聚合物络合-超滤耦合过程是一种新型、环保处理工业废水的方法。它不但能够实现废水回用和重金属浓缩,而且能有效地分离二元重金属混合液。选取高效、环保的络合水处理剂聚乙烯亚胺(PEI),对含铜、锌的二元重金属废水进行络合-超滤耦合过程研究,探讨了pH值、装载量比L、离子强度等对超滤过程的影响;pH=7时,PEI对Zn2+和Cu2+的络合容量分别为KCu=0.10mgCu2+/mgPEI,KZn=0.06mgZn2+/mg PEI。随PEI浓度增加,超滤膜通量J=35~45L/(m2·h)。
The hybrid process composed of water soluble polymer complexation-ultrafiltration (FCUF) could satisfy the constrains of increasingly stringent environmental standards for the IWCM reuse and recovery, and also separate binary mixture including heavy metals. The high efficiency complexants, polyethyleneimine (PEI) were selected to treat the industrial wastewater containing Cu^2+ and Zn^2+. The influence factors such as pH, loading ratio (L), ion strength and complexation concentration for IWCM were investigated. Under the condition of pH=7, the complexation capacities of PEI to heavy metal ions are: KCu=0.10mgCu^2+/mgPEI, KZn=0.06mgZn^2+/mgPEI respectively. When the concentration of polymers increased, the permeate flux kept constant J=35-45 L/(m^2+· h).
