摘要
目的：了解不同季节、年龄和性别等因素对疫苗接种效果的影响,为浙南地区狂犬病的防治提供指导.方法：应用ELISA间接法对2005年3月～2006年11月在我中心门诊注射狂犬病疫苗的916例临床患者进行血清抗体检测.结後果：接种疫苗后阳性率达84.8%.各年龄段的血清抗体的水平不同,季节和性别对抗体的血清水平无明显的影响.结论：国产狂犬疫苗5针免疫组具有良好的免疫原性,但是总的阳性率还是偏低,应该加强免疫的剂量和次数,对阴性人群应该再加强免疫,特别是年龄大的人群.同时注意季节因素对疫苗的免疫效果的影响.
Objective：To investigate the influence of different season, age,and sex on the vaccine inoculation effect, provide the instruction for rabies preventing and controlling in South area zhejiang province. Methods：ELISA indirected method was used to detect the antibody of 916 dog wounded individuals who have been vaccined the rabies vaccine during 2005.3 ～ 2006. 11. Results-The positive rate of antibody is 84. 8% , the antibody level is different in different age group, is same in season and sex. Conclusion：The good immunogenic was produced after injecting five needle domestic rabies vaccine, but the total positive rate is somewhat low. The immunity dosage and number of times should be strengthened to the antibody negative and big age populations. Simultaneously we should pay attention to the influence of the factor of age to the vaccine immunity effect.
