摘要
目的:建立一种准确测定食品中糖精钠的方法.方法:采用HPLC-FLD法测定.结果:糖精钠的最低检测限为1.1 ng,回收率为97%,浓度为0.005~0.20 mg/ml时线性良好.结论:方法简单灵敏、准确度高,更适于糖精钠的测定.
Objective: A accurate methods was developed for the determination the content of saccharin sodium in food. Methods:The HPLC- FLD method was used. Results:The detection limit was 1.1 ng and the recovery rate of spiked samples 97%. A good linear correlation was found at a concentration of 0. 005 -0. 20 mg/ml. Conclusion :The method is simple, sensible and accurate, and could be applied for determination of the saccharin sldium.
