摘要
目的：建立一种准确测定食品中糖精钠的方法.方法：采用HPLC-FLD法测定.结果：糖精钠的最低检测限为1.1 ng,回收率为97%,浓度为0.005～0.20 mg/ml时线性良好.结论：方法简单灵敏、准确度高,更适于糖精钠的测定.
Objective： A accurate methods was developed for the determination the content of saccharin sodium in food. Methods：The HPLC- FLD method was used. Results：The detection limit was 1.1 ng and the recovery rate of spiked samples 97%. A good linear correlation was found at a concentration of 0. 005 -0. 20 mg/ml. Conclusion ：The method is simple, sensible and accurate, and could be applied for determination of the saccharin sldium.
