摘要 目的:介绍简化的利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测动物肝脏组织中的盐酸克伦特罗的方法.方法:制好的哪样品在弱碱性条件下,用乙酸乙酯提取后,用稀酸萃取易溶于酸性介质的盐酸克伦特罗,利用固相萃取小柱进行净化、分离,再利用双甲基硅烷三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)将其衍生,采用气相色谱-质谱进行定量定性检测.结果:方法线性关系良好,加标回收率为92.34%~103.15%,相对标准偏差为1.1055%~2.3216%.结论:该方法前处理相对简便,定量、定性准确可靠. Objective: To introduce a method for determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride in animal liver by GC - MS. Methods:To put the prepared sample in the alkaline condition, distill it by ethyl acetace, then extracte the clenbuterol hydrochloride by diluent hydrochloric acid, purify the sample by SPE tube, derive the sample by BSTFA, finally detect the objective matter by GC -MS. Results: The rescovery of this method was 92. 34% N 103. 15%, the relative standard deviation was 1. 1055% ~ 2. 3216%. Conclusion :This mehod for dealing with sampel is relatively simple and sensitive.
