摘要
目的:用离子色谱电化学修饰方法测定盐酸克仑特罗,为建立这种测定方法简单,灵敏度大大提高的分析测试方法提供依据.方法:本实验采用离子色谱分离、碳纳米管修饰电极、直流安培检测,Dionex AG9-HC保护柱(2 mm×50 mm)(两根连接),8 mmol/L碳酸钠+10%甲醇为淋洗液测定盐酸克仑特罗.结果:该方法具有良好的重现性、线性关系和较低的检测限.修饰后,盐酸克仑特罗的检测限是0.0003 mg/L;样品测定的回收率分别为96%~103%.结论:采用离子色谱电化学修饰方法测定盐酸克仑特罗,测试结果表明,该方法的准确度、精密度均较好,满足分析测试要求,采用碳纳米管修饰电极测定,使峰高和峰面积都显著提高,从而大大地提高了检测的灵敏度,是一种简便快速、分离效果良好的分析方法.
Objective:An ion chromatography system (DX -500, 2 mm) for the determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride was described to offer basis for establishing the simple and highly sensitive way. Methods:With this method, the sensitivity was elevated. Using two Dionex AG9 - HC (2 mm×50 mm) columns, a novel modified electrode was constracted by daubing CNT on electrode,the eluent contained 8 mmol/L Na2CO3 + 10% CH3OH with flow rate of 0.25 ml/min and DC amperometric detection. Results:With this method, good linear relationship, sensitivity and reproducibility were obtained. Under electrochemical modification,detection limit (S/N = 3 ) of clenbuterol hydrochloride was 0. 0003 mg/L, the recovery of clenbuterol hydrochloride was 96% ~ 103%. Conclusion: A new method for simultaneous determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride by using ion chroma- tography has been described. The very simple and well effect analyzing way can be got and sensitivity of clenbuterol hydrochloride has been greatly improved.
