低剂量的溶栓酶用于大鼠能引起纤维蛋白原(Fbg)平均下降45%,凝血酶时间(TT)由11.13秒延长到22.63秒(P<0.01),而凝血酶原时间(PT)及白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)无显著性变化(P>0.05)。但高剂量的溶栓酶除能明显降低Fbg和延长TT外,而且可使PT由16.82秒延长到73.44秒及KPTT由46.63秒延长到124.13秒,并能使Ⅱ、Ⅷ因子降解。
The earthworm fibrinolytic enzyme injected in rats at a lower dosage (750μ/ml) resulted in decreased fibrinogen (Fbg) by av. 44% and prolonged thrombin time (TT) from 11.15 sec. to 22.63 sec. (P<0.01), while no obvious change were observed on the prothrombin time (PT) and kaolin partial thromboplastin time (KPTT) (Table 1). At a higher dosage (1500μ/ml), however, marked decrease of Fbg and marked prolongation of TT were observed. In addition, not only PT and KPTT both markedly prolonged, but also resulted in the degradation of factors I and VIII and hence strengthed the antithrombotic effect.
