摘要
侦查模式是指侦查主体进行侦查活动时所采用的程式。侦查模式的好坏直接决定和影响侦查破案的效能。在经济发展日新月异,经济犯罪手段、形式千差万别的情况下,若想更好地落实情报信息主导警务的战略思想,就必须认真总结我国的经济犯罪侦查模式。我国经济犯罪侦查有侦查组织、侦查运作、基础业务等三个方面的模式。
Investigation mode refers to the methodology adopted by the investigative subjects in investigative activities and it directly affects the efficiency of cracking a criminal case, We should make a serious analysis on investigation mode in order to realize the idea that the information lead to police affairs ,especially in the atmosphere of ever-increasing economic development and changing criminal methods. The article makes a try to explain the investigation mode from three aspects as betow, the organization mode, the implement mode and the basic work mode,
