摘要
用不同剂量吡喹酮治疗华支睾吸虫病患者150例。A组总量150mg／kg，2d分服，日服3次；B组总量225mg／kg，3d分眼，日服3次；C组总量10mg／kg，1d分服，日服3次。A组治后1，3和6个月的虫卵阴转率分别为93．9％，97．5％和100．0％；B组分别为95．9％，98．0％和100％；C组分别为92．0％、94．0％和96．0％。三组间差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。A组的药物副反应率低于其它两组（P＜0．01）。认为150mg／kg，2d分服疗法是治疗华支睾吸虫病的较适宜剂量。
A total of 150 cases of clonorcthesis with different intensity have been treated with prariquantel in 3 di:ferent dosage groups i. e total dosagr 150mg/kg (t. i. d in 2d)(Group A),225 mg/kg(t. i. d in 3d)(Group Band 100mg/kg(t. i. d in 1 d)(Group C). The stool egg negative conversion rates 1,3, 6 months affer treatmen in groups A.B.C were 93. 9, 97. 5, 100. 0%; 95. 9, 98. 0, 100.0 % ;and 92. 0, 94. 0, 96. 0% respectively. Thside-effect rate in Group A was lower than that of another 2 groups(P<0.01). It is concluded that150mg/kg total dose in 2 days is more suitable for clonorchiasis.
